Upon submitting a booking request and making a payment of your picnic, you and your party agree that Three Sisters Picnic cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, death, and/or damage to or loss of property resulting from your, or your party’s involvement in our events or services. You hereby acknowledge that you and your party’s use of our services involve inherent risks of physical injury, illness, death, and/or damage to or loss of property, that you and your party’s participation is entirely voluntary, and that you and your party elect to assume all such risk and use the services provided by Three Sisters Picnic and engage in associated activities with full knowledge of the inherent risks. You and your party, along with your respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors, and assigns agree to waive any right to bring legal action against Three Sisters Picnic for personal injury, illness, death, and/or personal property damage/loss sustained while engaging in our events or using our services. If you or your party should require medical attention while using our services or participating in one of our events you and your party also agree to be fully financially responsible for the costs of that treatment. Upon submitting a booking request and making a payment, you are agreeing that you have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Terms of Use and are freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Release of Liability. Please abide by the city laws on alcohol/drug use. You and your party acknowledge that Three Sisters Picnic is not liable for fines or charges made to you or your party of any kind or reason. You must be 18 or older to book our services. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the frequently asked questions page including the cancellation, rescheduling, and damage deposit policy.
